Smile Hello Friends

My name is Joel and Im from Miami, Florida. Ive recently been doing a lot of research on what major I will, or perhaps the right word is should, be doing. Im an undergrad (junior) and currently pursuing a degree in BioMed Engineering. I've always considered BME as a decent stepping stone to Med school as opposed to an actual career choice. Ive always been interested in psychology, research more than clinical. Which is why I believe I would love to study cognitive neuroscience.
My school, like most, does not offer a B.S. in Neuroscience. So my dilemma is the following; I haven't really gotten my feet wet with BME, i've taken pretty much sciences and maths, so should I scrap BME and major in Biology with may be a minor in Psychology? Or stick to BME?
Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Or, a simple welcome and hello would be great also! lol
